What I have been working on

Checking in and letting you know what I have been up to since my last post

I made this hour basket that I heard about on Instagram . It actually took me less then 1 hour to make and so easy to make.  I plan on making a few more of these baskets for baby shower gifts and put cute little baby items in them.

Here is the link to the free  pattern :  http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/sewing/home-decor/1-hour-basket-tutorial/136408?existingUser=true

Also I finished fusing on all of my piece on my Let's go sew quilt .  Just need to machine blanket stitch it and add my border

This is the pattern by Pat Sloan

Alos it is that time of year that I am working in the gardens .

Thought you might enjoy what is in bloom right now

ENJOY !!!

  1. Spring has really sprung in your area, hasn't it? Gorgeous flowers ... bright and cheerful! And seeing the sun shine when it's rainy and dismal here makes me smile.

  2. The sewing machine design is a cute one. I have several Pat Sloan patterns waiting for me to finally to decide to do something with them.

  3. I came across the basket pattern too. Glad to hear it was fast because I want to make a few, just as soon as I have some time for sewing.
