I call this my " SUMMER TIME " CHARLEVOIX CHURN DASH QUILT !This pattern is Schnibbles GEORGE by Miss Rosie's Quilt co. I made this quilt with all Charlevoix by Polly Minick & Lauri Simpson for Moda fabric . I just love the yellows, blues and watermelon colors of this fabric. I only used 2 charm packs , 1/4 yard of background fabric . The pattern does not call for a border but I chose to sew on a light blue border to finish it. The finished size will be 42" x 42" . I made this to go on my kitchen nook table this summer.
Love your summer time quilt! It looks perfect with a light blue border fabric. You are way ahead of me planning for the summer...

ReplyDeleteLove this fabric and it looks wonderful in your quilt. I was able to pick up a couple more fat quarters of Charlivioux last week. Hard to find now. I started out with a bundle of fat 1/8ths and use it sparingly as love it so.
