Started decorating the house for Christmas ..... Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving !
Actually I started this a few weeks ago just laying out all of my pieces on my design wall when I had time before sewing them together. I just fell in love with Lilac Hill fabric line by Moda ! I am not really a purple kind of girl but I really like the Cranberry red, deep dark brown and warm purple colors in this fabric. This pattern uses 2 turnovers for the baskets and you cut each turnover in 1/2 to make the basket blocks. These fabrics are just yummy ! Here is my progress so far. So far I like what I see . Hoping to start sewing the blocks together this weekend.
