Just barely finished my August Calendar Girl this month. Doreen designed a amazing " Storm At Sea Sashing " for our blocks this month. This is my favorite block so far ! The sashing is all paper pieced this time. The floral fabrics she chose for us is perfect ! The floral reminds me of the sea with its kelp & seashells.

I love that block and the sashing is wonderful. I think I ran across a tool that made that shape, but really, paper piecing is the way to go, it looks so neat and perfect. Great Job!
