Kaffee Fassett Wedding quilt is done
Just finished the binding last night on this Kaffee Fassett quilt for my Nephew and his wife to be that are getting married August 6th
I have never worked with this line of fabric before and I am am very pleased how it came out
My friend Mary of quilt hollow chose this quilting design and it could not be more perfect !
I chose this words backing , thought it gave it a modern look.
Next is my Stars and Stripes quilt that I need to bind ;-)

What a wonderful gift for the bride and groom. It has a modern feel, but cozy at the same time. I'm sure they're going to love it.

ReplyDeleteI dropped by a LQS on my way home from work yesterday for a ball of Valdani and fell in love with a quilt I'd never noticed before made from Kaffe prints. It begged me to bring it home with me! It was beautiful, had a huge floral blue/aqua spider mum outer border and it felt as delicious as it looked! My name is one the list in the event they decide that it needs to be rehomed someday!
