Just can't make one ! Country Charmer Quilt Blocks !

Having SO much fun making these Country Charmer quilt blocks !  I thought I would make one and I just can not stop ;-)    3 blocks done & starting on block  #4.  The fabrics ... what can I say !   I bought this quilt that is the exact fabrics that Lynn made her first quilt with and I just love the polka dots , stripes , checks and floral .
This pattern is just wonderful !  Easy directions and this layout template  that Lynn has included in the pattern is just a wonderful way to keep track of all the pieces .

Well back to making more blocks they are SO addictive !

Lynn is having a quilt along online if you would like to join here is the link :  Sew' Wild Oaks by Lynn Wilder

  2. Love your blocks. I usede some scraps and made one block. Not the colors I'm going to use. But, I LOVE it. And, yes, SOOOOO Easy to make, when I follow Lynn's directions. And, Lesley over at The Cuddle Quilter has a scheduel for us for the year. YEAH!!!! Might help me get it done!

  3. Fabulous blocks Sue! I'm so glad you are enjoying the whole process.....from selecting the fabrics to the actual piecing. Stitching 53 little pieces together isn't tooooo bad is it?

  5. Oh, goodness, these are charming. Nothing better than a red and green quilt and then the way the block melds into the setting 9-patches makes it so graphic! Love it.

  6. I love that pattern - all of Lynn's quilts are stunning. Yours is going to be, as well. If I had the same fabrics she used I might be tempted to jump into the fray. :-)

    Enjoy!
