Easy as 1,2,3 Easy Summer Breeze progress

Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend !

I am a little behind on my progress on my Easy as 1,2,3, Mystery quilt .  I have the 3 rows sewn together and that is about it.     We are having a garage sell this Saturday and we have been spending alot of time going thru things & pricing. Alot of work but it feels SO good to to clean thru things .

Well back to work !

Schnibbles Gentle Art quilt Little Black Dress quilt is a finish !

                             Just finished sewing my Gentle Art  for Sinta's parade !

                                   

                    "  Dancing after Dark " is going to be the name of my quilt !
                      Thelma came up with this name for me & I think it is just perfect !


I made mine using from my stash  of  2 Little Black Dress by Moda charms and Kona Bone for my background.  I also decided to add a large 4"  border . Finished size is  33" x 33" .  This will be a perfect size for a table topper :-D

Looking forward to the parade and seeing what fabric everyone else used for the cute quilt.

Happy Memorial weekend & Progress on Little block dress Gentle Art Quilt

                            Is everyone ready for Memorial weekend ?

                                      I  hung  Flag of Valor quilt in the dining room

                                          and my 2 Gallon crock that I just finished

 We always stay home on holiday weekends .     We hooked up the trailer again and left last Sunday for Pinecrest lake and stayed 3 nights  .  We had the lake & campground all to ourselves :-D  Fishing was not bad considering it was a full moon our last night there.

   I have been been working on my Schnibbles  Gentle Art quilt and finished sewing all of my blocks.  Just need to sew it together now .

Schnibbles Gentle Art quilt using Little BLACK DRESS

I'm joining a parade ... that is if it is not too late to join Sinta's  Schnibbles parade this month .

I have had these 2  little  Black Dress charm packs in my stash just waiting for the perfect quilt to come along and I found it !  I am using some Kona bone fabric for the background and the black floral for my border  that I also had in my stash ..

These are addictive and so fun to make . I have made only 8 so far but I am sure I can have this darling little quilt done by the end of the month.
