Petite Odile Spools quilt a Finish ......

My Petite Odile Spools quilt is back from the quilter  I just finished binding it last night !

Mary a quilt Hollow did a wonderful job quilting this for me.
Can you see the spools of thread and needles and thread she quilted ?  Mary calls this quilting design  " NEEDLES & THREADS "
Here is the backing I chose

I choose the red with buttons fabric for my binding
I was moving some quilts around the house . Smoky seems to think all the quilts are for her

  11. I love that you used this french General collection for your beautiful spools quilt. Of all the nice spools quilts I have seen this Summer, I admire yours the most. The fabrics seem to have been made just for this project and has a timeless quality. I also an a hugh French General fan and am always interested to see what other quilter have created with using them. It makes for a beautiful display in your living room. Congradulations on finishing another beautiful quilt. Your quilter did a beautiful job too and I think it is nice that she incorporated the sewing theme.
