Vintage Rouge & a fall trip ......

                                                  HAPPY FALL EVERYONE !!!!

Been busy  working on  making some Christmas gifts I can't show and we were gone a few days last week !

Finished  my Vintage Rouge Block #5   The large center medallion in the center of the quilt

I paper pieced this block & appliqued the block  on my sewing machine invisible machine applique

Thursday we did our yearly trip to APPLE HILL..  What is fall without apples & a caramel apple of course

We then drove down to south Lake Tahoe to spend the night.  We checked into our hotel for our free room and to our surprise they said they upgraded us to a suite .  We were totally shocked when we walked into the room WOW !!  One of the perks going off season & on a week day ;-)
Living room

Our bedroom with our own balcony looking over the lake

Oh how I wish I had this bathroom at home with this view

When I got home and finished my Vintage Rouge block # 5  it was time to clean & organize the sewing room / office before I start another project
And of course to a little gardening keeping up with the fall leaves .  My 2 favorite things to do sewing & gardening !
