Midwinter Cozy Quilt

 Hi

I am in-between projects right now so I decided to make this quilt Midwinter Cozy Quilt that has been on my bucket list for some time.

I found this free pattern at Moda Bake shop  here

As you can see by the pattern they show many options to make this quilt. table runner. doll quilt or a 16 block quilt.  I am going to try to use all of my fabric I have of this line of fabric so only time will tell what I make ;-)

You may remember my Nantucket quilt I made December 2013  I had a bag of leftover fabrics from the quilt  and a layer cake

This is the leftover fabric I had and what a way to use it all !

I made the 4 stars this morning and now I am starting to layout my fabrics to cut

As you can tell I LOVE the color Red :-D   I also recovered these char cushion for the back deck

Happy Sewing !

Sue

  3. I have the fabric all kitted up for Nantucket ... just need to get a few others first. I had a fair amount of fabric leftover, so perhaps I need to follow your example (I just love quilts with stars!). ;-)
